Curtis Payerl
Curtis is an Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI, P. App). He has a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC and a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate degree from Thompson Rivers University. Curtis has completed wide range appraisal assignments since 2014, including single & multi-family residential dwellings, commercial & industrial buildings, institutional and special use properties, vacant land, etc.
Thomas is a residential appraiser and Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) who serves the Parry Sound and Muskoka areas. Born in Halifax and raised in Oakville, Thomas graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a major in Real Estate. With a passion for appraising, Thomas joined the industry in 2021 and is dedicated to serving the community while building strong relationships with clients.

Natalia Weidner
Natalia Weidner is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and provides commercial and residential appraisal services throughout Muskoka and Parry Sound. Her fascination with real estate led her to the field of property appraisal, where she excels at determining a property’s value through extensive research and analysis. Born and raised in Southern Ontario, she is a recent transplant to Muskoka and suffers from unending wanderlust, having visited 41 countries and counting.
Meet Jordan Ryan, a bilingual AIC Candidate Member with a passion for business and real estate. Originally from Amherstburg, Ontario, Jordan graduated from the University of Windsor with a degree in French Studies. In his free time, Jordan enjoys playing hockey, golfing, fishing, and traveling. He started working in the Parry Sound area in 2017 and quickly found his calling in the appraisal industry. Dan has almost 40 years of real estate and appraisal experience in the Parry Sound and Muskoka areas. He is an accredited DAR Appraiser, a member of CNAREA (Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers) and has completed appraisals on a wide variety of properties including recreational, residential, vacant land and small multi-family residences.
